DO's
- Use milk & ghee in the diet
- Breakfast before 9 A.M., Lunch 12-1 P.M. & dinner 7-8 P.M.
- Eat food only at the time of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- Take tea/coffee only 2 times as a day
- Go to bed at 10 P.M.
- Rise early in the morning
- Give attention to foetal movement after 5th month
- Do any work in sitting position

- Don’t stand for longer time
- Don’t take sleep at day time
- Don’t use frozen items, pickle, sauce & processed food
